Fundraising Cards
The Oshkosh West Boys Soccer team is selling fundraising cards that can be used to save money at a ton of local businesses! The boys soccer fundraising cards have deals that can be used daily to save money from August 1st, 2020 through August 31st, 2021. The sale of the cards go to support the soccer program so we can purchase jerseys and equipment such as nets, game balls and goals.
If you would like to support our program and purchase a fundraising card (or a few), please order one below. The cards are $15 each and you can get your card(s) one of two ways:
Option 1 - Non-Contact Pick-Up: Fill out the form below if you want to pick up your card during a non-contact drive up time at Oshkosh West. The cards can be picked up from Oshkosh West from 5:00 - 7:00 PM on October 26th and October 29th (specific info below). Please bring a check made out to Oshkosh West Soccer or exact change if paying with cash.
Option 2 - Receive by USPS: If you scroll down past the option 1 form you will see an option 2 that will allow you to click on a Paypal "buy now" button. Once you do that you can enter your shipping info and pay in advance using a credit card or a Paypal account.
Option 1: Picking Up Card(s) from Oshkosh West from 5:00 - 7:00 PM on October 26th or 29th
Card Pick-Up Information
If you selected the option to pick-up your fundraising cards, you can pick them up at Oshkosh West between 5:00 - 7:00 PM on October 26th or October 29th. Please enter the small parking lot by the tennis courts off of Southland Ave. We will have a table set-up and you can drive up and get the cards (will be in Ziploc bags) in a non-contact fashion without having to get out of your car.
Option 2: Pay via Paypal and Receive Cards Through USPS

If you would like your fundraising card(s) mailed to you please use the Paypal button below to pay for your card purchase. After you select the number of cards you would like to purchase, please click "Buy Now" and a new Paypal tab will open that will allow you to pay for your card(s) using a Paypal account or a credit card.
